Biloxi Marsh Lands Corporation, founded in 1936, owns approximately 90,000 acres of marsh lands located in eastern St. Bernard Parish, LA with no road access. The mineral rights and rights to other natural resources are held in perpetuity by the Company’s ownership of the surface of the marsh lands.

While the Company has 2,505,028 shares of common stock outstanding, the Company is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Accordingly, the Company is not required to file reports with the SEC. The Company’s common stock is not traded on any national securities exchange.

To increase liquidity in its common stock, the Company has retained BancList to host an internet bulletin board to match sellers and buyers of the Company’s common stock (see Bulletin Board webpage).
